We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create engaging and immersive visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building interactive learning experiences, communications, marketing materials, and other assets that drive behavior change.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing multimedia content using various tools and technologies such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. They will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and marketers throughout all phases of project development.
The role requires collaboration, listening, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering innovative content. The successful candidate will design and develop creative visual content, animations, and videos that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about building leading-edge and innovative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the course and design requirements.
- Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing/communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.
- Create mockups or wireframes to drive design with the design team.
- Design and develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations, in collaboration with designers that can support over 40 languages, including right-to-left.
- Ensure all graphics and visuals adhere to branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all materials.
- Design and develop images and videos that are engaging for a multi-cultural, multi-generation audience and can be translated in over 40 languages, including right-to-left.
- Continuously improve assets based on evaluation results, feedback, and changing business needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field, or a related field.
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
- Experience working across many countries and cultures.
- Knowledge of software/application/web development trends, graphic & video trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.
