Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Quality Compliance Leader for Pharmaceutical Product Safety to join our team. As a key member of our quality organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with global health authorities' regulations and industry standards.
  • Product Safety: Oversee the management of product quality complaints, including investigation, analysis, and resolution to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, as well as external partners and customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; post-graduate qualification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical GMP, with a proven track record in quality leadership and compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a matrix environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
