Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finance Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the management and control of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the financial control function, ensuring all financial activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To identify areas of financial risk and implement controls to mitigate these risks.
- To ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and warehouse personnel.
- To coordinate and participate in internal audits, ensuring all findings are addressed and implemented.
Key Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial control and management.
- Proven track record of implementing effective financial controls and improving process efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
