Interior Design Consultant Job Description

As an Interior Designer, you should possess exceptional creative thinking skills to craft bespoke designs based on conversations with clients. Regular communication with clients is necessary to understand their needs and adapt the approach accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Closure: Own the sales funnel and deliver results-driven solutions for clients.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences during projects by prioritizing client satisfaction and needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead and ensure quality & accuracy of design deliverables, maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, overseeing all aspects from conception to completion.

Requirements:
  • Hold a graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with a proven track record in delivering successful projects.
  • Led and delivered at least 2-4 residential modular KWS projects with demonstrated expertise in design and execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning).
  • Strong understanding of civil works & services, including specifications and installation details.
  • Ability to create Bills of Quantity (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, leading design meetings with customers.

  • High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
