**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Manager to join our team and help us build strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, creators, and celebrity talent.
">- Identify, scout, and onboard influencers, talents, and content creators; maintain and update the talent database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to close associations with celebrities and Category A talents.
- Maintain trackers to monitor ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent.
- Manage end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely release of talent payments.
- Support client servicing while confidently pushing back when required to balance expectations.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations (preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
