Job Title

Our team seeks a seasoned UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate has expertise in designing web/mobile applications and is passionate about shaping the digital future of finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in development from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Agile and Scrum environment experience.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, mobile platform designs, including material design, and mobile-first concept.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and demonstrable design skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
