Job Title: Sustainability Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability-focused marketing initiatives, you will drive execution of campaigns across content, social media, partnerships, and performance reporting.

About the Role:

  • Plan and execute sustainability-led campaigns across social media, email, and blog platforms.
  • Translate sustainability insights (SDGs, circularity, carbon footprint) into clear, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
  • Own content calendars; collaborate with design, product, and ESG teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Manage community engagement and basic influencer/partner outreach to foster meaningful relationships and promote our brand values.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and leads, and deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant sustainability claims across all marketing assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels, including basic SEO and analytics familiarity (Google Analytics 4/social media dashboards).
  • Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva/Adobe Express, basic video editing skills, and experience with scheduling tools like Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Previous experience in an ESG/sustainability-focused project or campaign.
