Job Title: AI Model Development Specialist">

As an AI Model Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models focusing on NLP, Generative AI, and other AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative machine learning models using various techniques such as deep learning and natural language processing.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to integrate machine learning models into applications and systems effectively.
  • Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure smooth and fast execution.
  • Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics, conducting rigorous testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Document the development process, algorithms, and models, preparing clear and concise technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Master's Degree in Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on ML algorithms and related products.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with relational databases, Oracle query authoring, SQL.
