Senior Manager

Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our organization and lead the production of bus body structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory norms.

The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in bus body structure design and manufacturing is essential, and certification in lean, six sigma, or TPM would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics such as production volume vs. plan, first pass yield (FPY), line efficiency, safety incident rate, quality audit scores, and cost per unit.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • 15-20 years of experience in automotive production
  • Leadership and team management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Cost control and budgeting
  • ERP/MRP systems proficiency
