About this role: We are seeking a skilled professional to support Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Engineer level support on the condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
- Utilise various condition monitoring techniques, including vibration oil analysis thermography and videoscopy, to monitor the health of rotating equipment.
- Analyse online and offline data acquisition techniques and provide recommendations for maintenance needs to avoid major breakdowns.
- Knowledge application of condition-based maintenance techniques with the ability to independently troubleshoot, analyse and resolve equipment problems.
- Basic knowledge of machine condition monitoring, balancing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of rotating equipment maintenance techniques and types.
- Necessary Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Accredited vibration analysis training (Cat I) or equivalent experience.
- Certification in condition monitoring techniques or similar qualifications.
- Overall experience of 4-6 years, with at least 2-3 years of experience in Condition Monitoring in a power refinery petrochemical industry.
