Business Analyst - Data & Performance

The Business Analyst, Data & Performance plays a pivotal role in supporting the Finance team by developing automated reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include contributing to improvement initiatives, assisting business partners with advanced analytics and financial enhancement efforts, building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards and reports, delivering clear, data-driven insights that inform business decisions, working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for reporting and analytics solutions, troubleshooting and resolving data issues, performing integrity checks and reconciliation of underlying systems data, contributing to improving data processes and supporting automation initiatives under guidance, enhancing automated reporting and budgeting through advanced tools like TM1, Gsheets, and Looker.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar) and SQL, with willingness to develop Python and Alteryx skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn, with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends and support reporting needs.
  • Clear communicator who can work with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Motivated to develop analytics career, bringing positive, can-do attitude to the team.
  • Ability to connect data insights to broader business outcomes.
