Pepcus Software Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Senior UI Architect to spearhead the modernization of their legacy web application. This role will be pivotal in transitioning existing Kendo and jQuery-based UI to a cutting-edge React framework, ensuring a seamless user experience and improved performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of the new React-based UI, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

2. Develop a comprehensive migration strategy to transition from the legacy Kendo and jQuery application to React, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth user experience.

3. Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for the new UI architecture, ensuring consistency and quality.

4. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to ensure alignment between UI architecture and overall product vision, driving a cohesive user experience.

5. Mentor and guide the development team in React best practices and modern front-end development techniques, fostering growth and expertise.

6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to architectural standards, promoting a culture of excellence.

7. Identify and implement performance optimizations to enhance the application's speed and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience.

8. Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, libraries, and frameworks to support the new UI architecture, staying current with emerging trends and technologies.

9. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the UI architecture and key components, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.

10. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and incorporate relevant innovations into the UI architecture, driving innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years focused on React, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

3. Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of the React ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, and modern build tools.

4. Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale, complex web applications, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement performance optimizations, and drive a culture of excellence and innovation.

10. Experience with developing and maintaining technical documentation, with a focus on transparency, knowledge sharing, and excellence.
