Role Overview

This role involves developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across platforms, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
  2. Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  4. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

You must have B2B SaaS marketing experience with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
