Lead a team of demo teachers and manage their performance to drive success. Key responsibilities include planning schedules, ensuring staff are adequately trained and aligned with the latest curriculum and pedagogy, setting goals and conducting regular reviews. Continuous improvement is essential to updating Demo PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs) in line with Cambridge curriculum changes and internal branding standards.The role requires close collaboration with subject experts and graphic designers to create high-quality demo assets. Personal delivery of high-stakes or premium demo sessions showcases best-in-class teaching practices and ensures engagement value in all demo materials. This involves analyzing audience response and adapting the demo approach for maximum conversion, with key performance indicators including demo-to-conversion rate improvement over time, quality scores based on audits, timely updates to demo content and team performance metrics.Additional duties include leading mentorship programs, setting targets and implementing processes to reduce rescheduling or parent dissatisfaction incidents.
