About This Role


We are looking for an experienced MDM Implementation Specialist to join our team at Global Soft. In this role, you will lead and participate in the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and best practices.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement data migration plans, including data quality checks and validation.
  • Configure and customize SaaS MDM platforms to meet client needs.
  • Analyze data quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients on MDM concepts and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting MDM solutions, preferably with experience in SaaS MDM.
  • Experience with one or more SaaS MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, SAP MDM, IBM MDM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
