Job Description:

As a seasoned trademark professional, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of trademarks, from prosecution to maintenance and renewal. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide expert guidance on trademark strategy and portfolio optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in prosecuting trademark applications, including post-registration prosecution and oppositions;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Knowledge of international trademark laws and regulations;
  • Experience in attending official hearings and tribunal proceedings;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
