UI/UX Designer and Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer and developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, experience in gathering user requirements and conducting user research, familiarity with agile development methodologies, knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and accessibility, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for applications, websites, and other digital products.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather user requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather feedback from users through usability testing and surveys to improve the overall user experience.
  • Implement Designs: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement UI/UX designs into applications.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX design and development is essential.
  • Certifications: Additional certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a focus on user experience are crucial for delivering high-quality designs.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing project requirements are essential for success in this role.
