Chief Financial Manager

The role encompasses full spectrum accounting operations.
- Manage end-to-end accounting in Zoho Books.
- Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
A successful candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be able to handle multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage cash flows and working capital.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
- Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality.
- Demonstrate expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong experience in handling banking operations.
