Data Migration Expert

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing complex data migrations, developing efficient ETL/ELT processes, and transforming large datasets using cutting-edge technologies like AWS, Redshift, and dbt.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Migrations: Design and optimize data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain pipelines using ETL/ELT processes to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs, allowing you to model complex data relationships with ease.
  • End-to-End Process Management: Own the entire migration process, including data injection into production environments and supporting customer success teams.
  • Documentation: Establish clear documentation processes for data handling and pipeline management.
  • Core Stack: Proficiency in AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor.

Requirements
  • Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in conducting customer migrations (minimum 20) and transforming data to onboard customers into software solutions.
  • Data Engineering Experience: Consideration given to those with experience transforming and migrating data as part of a data engineering role.
