Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a role that focuses on the technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Windows servers and MSSQL DB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Windows servers and MSSQL DB.
  • Identify automation and self-healing opportunities to reduce manual efforts and standardize processes.
  • Operate and maintain Windows OS platforms, with a focus on debugging, automation, availability, performance, and scale.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems and handle crisis calls.
  • Work and collaborate across teams, such as Applications, Hardware, Microsoft, Network, etc.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Windows and MSSQL DB.
  • Ready to work in a 365 days/24 x 7 environment.
  • Experienced in Windows OS Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Disk Administration, and Windows Clustering.
  • Experienced in MS SQL Database Server administration.
  • Knowledge on MS SQL Databases Always On Groups, Mirroring & Replication.
  • Hardware Administration - HP/IBM/Dell/Lenovo.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Storage, Netbackup, and Antivirus agent Troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Splunk.
  • Knowledge on Vmware, PowerShell scripting, and DevOps tools will be an added advantage.
