Join a high-growth consumer brand as a Strategic Social Media Manager and lead the social growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 90-day growth roadmaps with clear revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
  • Build and implement viral campaigns tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments.
  • Run performance-driven funnels from social media to landing pages and conversions.
  • Track and analyze core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media with revenue, brand, and employer branding goals.
  • Manage and mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic integration (ads, influencer collaborations, affiliate tie-ins).
  • Analytical and creative skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and Ads.
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills.
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management.
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
