Job DescriptionAs an AI Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in automating complex workflows, building internal copilots, parsing financial documents, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) for decision augmentation.
Responsibilities:- Automate repetitive tasks using AI agents
- Develop internal copilots for operations, compliance, and customer teams
- Persist and interpret financial documents using Gen AI
- Integrate LLMs for decision augmentation across loan servicing, KYC, audit, and risk flagging
- Create internal AI apps to optimize time, accuracy, and cost across fintech operations
- LLMs & Foundation Models: OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, HuggingFace
- Agentic Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel
- Gen AI for Doc & Data Processing: Unstructured.io, Haystack, LayoutLM, PandasAI
- Vector & Memory Stores: FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone
- Build & Serve AI Apps: Streamlit, FastAPI, Docker, Gradio
- Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, LangServe
