We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Customize and optimize NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, and scripts to meet business needs.
- Analyze and document current finance processes and recommend improvements using NetSuite functionalities.
- Evaluate alignment with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related projects and system issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and maintenance.
- Develop and manage financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting using NetSuite tools.
- Integrate NetSuite with other systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, NetSuite Certification) are a plus.
- 3 - 7 years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.
