Job Title: Network Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced network architect to join our team.

As a network architect, you will design and implement large-scale customer networks, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure. Your expertise should span multiple vendors, including Juniper, Aruba, Mist, Cradlepoint, and Cisco.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing complex network infrastructure projects
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for network implementations
  • SUPPORTING and coaching other engineers in the team to provide high-quality services and solutions to customers
  • Leading and assisting in defining the strategy needed to deliver complex projects
  • Managing project deliverables and ensuring timely completion
  • Performing advanced analysis of complex incidents and acting as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients
  • Providing fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level, focusing on WAN, LAN, and WLAN
  • Experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN is highly beneficial
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN is also highly beneficial
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN and LAN is beneficial
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
