Financial Collector

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and sending invoices to customers in accordance with US GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities include monitoring accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving billing issues. Effective communication with customers regarding payments is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and organize information. Proficiency in invoicing and accounting software is necessary, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You will also review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP, prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules. Reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships are additional duties.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills. These skills will be essential in assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

In addition, you will assist in preparing financial reports and collaborating with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency. Staying updated on US GAAP regulations and ensuring compliance in all accounting activities is vital.
