Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Client Management: Strong ability to collaborate with clients, define project scopes, and manage expectations.
    • Team Coordination: Proficiency in working with off-shore teams, managing time zone differences, and ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to regularly update stakeholders and senior management.
    • Training and Development: Ability to create internal training materials and facilitate external training sessions.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
