We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with experience in residential projects and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate will have core expertise in P-line drawings, technical drafting, and detailed area calculations.

  • Prepare accurate drawings and drafts for projects.
  • Conduct detailed calculations to validate design data and layouts ensuring compliance with industry norms.
  • Extract quantities and review tender documents with the cost manager.
  • Provide input for estimates, plans, and budgeting exercises.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for design and cost documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office; basic knowledge of Revit.
  • Strong understanding of building drawings, detailing, and construction practices.
  • Knowledge of IS codes and construction standards.
  • Quick learner, team player, proactive, and dependable with strong time management.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
