Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Description:

As a skilled and creative professional, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums.

You will be the key person in managing all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Identity: Develop logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Produce website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable — since this is a solo role
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams
