Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform various tasks independently, adhering to statutory conditions and company requirements:

  • Design and implement an efficient order process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare customized offers based on customer needs and follow up via phone, recording interactions in SAP.
  • Track orders, prevent errors, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, turning issues into opportunities for customer retention.
  • Proactively communicate with customers, anticipating their needs and providing timely information.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer and product/service inquiries.
  • Support field sales agents by addressing customer requirements and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns.
  • Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments, and manage quotes using SAP MM.
  • Monitor and track delivery dates to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, and sales teams for technical matters.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP/R3 SD modules; SAP MM experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English are also essential. Personal attributes such as motivation, energy, reliability, and strong professional cooperation skills are highly valued.
