Key Responsibilities:

Dynatrace Setup and Configuration:

  • Proven experience in setting up and configuring Dynatrace for monitoring and alarm management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of synthetic monitoring and alarm management principles is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is beneficial.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement is necessary.
  • Effective communication skills are required to facilitate liaison roles between teams.
  • Operational application management experience, including troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis, is valuable.
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications, defining and fine-tuning alerts, and integrating Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is an asset.
