  • Handling IT requirements for the organization and our clients

  • Responsible for work on Permanent, Contract & C2H (Contract to Hire) position
  • Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
  • Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
  • Validation of Resumes for experience and suitability against the requirement
