Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills to join our Lending Services team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze and spread financial statements on various platforms, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  2. Credit Appraisal Process: Analyze financial statements of public and private companies to assess creditworthiness.
  3. Financial Statement Normalization: Normalize financial statements to arrive at true profitability figures, considering exceptional and non-recurring items.
  4. Financial Metric Calculation: Calculate adjusted net worth, recurring cash flows, annual debt service, contingent liabilities, and custom ratios.
  5. Covenant Compliance: Monitor and report on covenant compliance.
  6. Quality Delivery: Deliver high-quality work with 100% accuracy.
  7. Time Management: Meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Required Background:

  • MBA (Finance) or B.com (Hons)
  • 2-8 years of experience in financial statement spreading
  • Experience on Moody's Risk Analyst, Credit Lens, or nCino applications
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
