Job Title:

Associate Engineering Manager

Lead software development teams to build innovative web-based applications.

  • Develop, enhance and maintain high-quality software solutions in C#, .NET Core, ReactJs, and React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, code, test, debug and implement complex software projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable web-based applications using Microsoft technology stack.
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications, ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages, resolve escalated incidents and improve overall system reliability.
  • Write and deliver complex code, collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
  • Skilled in delivery, development and maintenance of web-based applications.
Requirements:
  • 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying web-based applications.
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
  • Experience with React Native & offline database.
  • Strong leadership skills, hands-on technical guidance and team management expertise.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures and T-SQL.
  • Solid understanding of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum environment experience and strong coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.
