Job Description

As an electrical design engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed engineering drawings for oil and gas production facilities and midstream operations using AutoCAD software.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical design principles and industry standards, as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, and layouts for O&G production facilities and midstream operations using AutoCAD.
  • Update drawings markup using Blue Beam and update in AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
">Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field is required.

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, preferably in the O&G industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
