Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions to meet business needs.- Utilize technical expertise in PL/SQL and SQL to design and maintain efficient solutions.

- Leverage Fast Formula knowledge to craft effective payroll rules and processes.

- Collaborate with teams to create reports and provide data insights using Archive/BIP.

- Interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable technical plans.

- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate progress updates regularly.

- Ensure coding standards are met and technical solutions are optimized for performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

- Total of 5+ years of experience in Oracle-related roles.
