We are seeking a seasoned data expert to drive high-impact projects and mentor junior data scientists.

• Lead end-to-end ML projects, from research and experimentation to production deployment.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.
• Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges.
• Collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products.
• Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects.

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
• Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
