About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor with expertise in Commercial Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Analyze financial statements, evaluate internal controls, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the coordination of audit planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up activities.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
