Hotel Guest Service Representative

As a Hotel Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Your warm and professional demeanor will make a lasting impression on every guest who interacts with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, addressing them by name whenever possible.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing clear information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure accurate billing and process payments from guests efficiently and accurately.
- C coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
