Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards within our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.
  • Overseeing accurate collection and submission of quality improvement data.
  • Driving quality improvement projects and ensuring their effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, manuals, policies, procedures, and document control.
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement quality standards across the organization.
  • Identifying documentation requirements and preparing them within specified timeframes.
  • Supporting organization-wide quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline along with an MBA or MHA (Masters in Hospital Administration).
  • 3-4 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management and data collection.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
