Job Opportunity: Supplier Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Supplier Quality Specialist. This key role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality of all raw materials, packaging components, and outsourced products supplied to us meet defined standards.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for evaluating and qualifying new suppliers through audits, assessments, and documentation reviews. It also involves maintaining and updating the Approved Supplier List (ASL) based on performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate supplier performance and adherence to quality systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier audits, evaluations, and quality incidents.
  • Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and quality trends for management review.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or Masters in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field. You must have 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance or consumer complaint handling in FMCG or food industry.
