About the Role: We are seeking an experienced travel planning specialist to join our team. As a travel planning specialist, you will be responsible for advising and managing clients' travel itineraries. Your key tasks will include:

1. Researching and recommending flights, hotels, sightseeing options, and other travel-related services.
2. Communicating efficiently with clients to understand their needs, time constraints, and budget requirements.
3. Arranging customized travel options that meet clients' expectations.
4. Maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, travel partners, and other stakeholders.
5. Staying updated on the latest travel trends, regulations, and safety measures to provide informed recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage clients' travel itineraries from start to finish.
• Research and recommend suitable travel options based on clients' preferences and requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

1. A graduate degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is highly appreciated.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in research and writing, with experience in local and international travel arrangements.
4. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client bookings.
5. Proficient in English, Tamil, or Hindi, and any other language as required.
6. Experience with travel booking sites and knowledge of Indian and international tourism are desired.
