Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • A strong communicator, they will be able to effectively manage conflict and provide constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities

Our Shift Supervisor will be responsible for:

  1. Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned.
  2. Cash Management: Follow all cash management and cash register policies, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
  3. Customer Service: Deliver legendary customer service to all customers, acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  4. Team Development: Develop positive relationships with shift team, understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
  5. Quality Assurance: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers.
