Job Title: Higher Education Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the onboarding process for partnered universities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic launches and maintaining strong relationships with senior university stakeholders.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will own the post-MoU onboarding cycle, coordinating multiple internal functions and ensuring timely execution of contractual and administrative milestones. They will also be responsible for managing curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the entire post-MoU onboarding cycle for assigned universities in parallel.
  • Coordinating MoU finalisation, service agreement execution, and escrow account creation.
  • Managing curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration.
  • Integrating our admissions process with the university's system & training relevant staff.
  • Conducting weekly review calls with university stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Maintaining and updating centralised trackers & dashboards to monitor readiness.
  • Escalating and resolving bottlenecks quickly to ensure zero-delay launches.
