Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

About the Role

Mayskin, a fast-growing skincare brand, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that bring the brand's bold personality to life across various touchpoints.

The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping how the brand is perceived by its audience and will have the opportunity to experiment with bold design directions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging.
  • Create engaging assets for social media (reels, carousels, stories, statics) that blend science and fun.
  • Design performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads).
  • Packaging and product design including collaborating with the founder and content team on new product packaging.
  • Cross-functional creative support including designing website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and Amazon A+ pages.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of design experience preferably in consumer brands/beauty/skincare/FMCG.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva skills are a plus.
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.
  • Ability to translate scientific, skincare-heavy content into consumer-friendly design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A mindset that is creative, resourceful, and experimental not afraid to push boundaries.
