About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Professional to design, build and maintain scalable, secure and reliable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. As part of our IT Operations team, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to life and shape the future of our infrastructure.

You will be working primarily from Chennai, India through our partner Greaves Technologies with teams located across Norway, USA, Denmark and UK. This is an excellent chance to work in a collaborative environment where your opinions and skills will be highly valued.

  • Implement and maintain Azure-based compute offerings based on industry best practices.
  • Manage subscriptions, resource groups and resources following our SaaS-based Product architecture standards.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Bicep.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Azure-based compute offerings aligned with industry standards.
  • Ensure effective management of subscriptions, resource groups and resources in line with our SaaS-based Product architecture.
  • Develop and automate provisioning and configuration processes using IaC principles and tools like Bicep.
DevOps & CI/CD Enablement
  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Spearhead application deployment patterns including microservices, APIs and serverless architectures.
  • Enable containerized workloads using AKS, Azure Container Apps and ACR.
Operations & Reliability
  • Implement monitoring, logging and alerting strategies using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
  • Guarantee system reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Manage cost optimization and resource governance policies in Azure.
Security & Compliance
  • Integrate Azure security best practices including RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud and network security controls.
  • E nsure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Develop backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with developers, architects and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Azure environments and provide L2/L3 support.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and continuous improvement.
