At the intersection of storytelling and communication, we seek a dynamic individual to join our team as an Experience Narrator.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about capturing authentic stories and bringing them to life through compelling narratives. The Experience Narrator will engage with beneficiaries and stakeholders, conducting interviews and conversations to document their stories in engaging formats across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and conversations with beneficiaries and stakeholders to capture their stories.
  • Document stories and events in clear, concise, and engaging formats (articles, short write-ups, social media captions, case studies, etc.).
  • Support the creation of internal and external communication materials that showcase the impact of our work.
  • Assist in building and maintaining an archive of stories, photographs, and other content assets.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to generate fresh ideas for content that resonates with our audience.
  • Support in designing visual content such as social media posts, presentations, or reports using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or completed) in Communications, Journalism, English, Liberal Arts, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Candidates from Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines with strong writing skills are also encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interviewing and documentation abilities, comfortable talking to people and drawing out stories.
  • Ability to write across formats: from short social media copy to long-form articles.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple stories and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
