Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Network Specialist to join our team at The AES Group. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure.

Network Design & Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions.
  • Manage BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other routing protocols for optimal network performance.
Data Center & ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure):
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI for software-defined networking.
  • Ensure smooth integration of ACI with traditional networking environments.
Security & Performance Optimization:
  • Enforce security best practices, including access control, firewall policies, and NAC.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and NetFlow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of network automation principles.
