Product Owner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our product team as a Product Owner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality features on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering squad and report to the Product Manager or a Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Provide clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements to the development team.
  • Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
