Job Title: Senior Director

This is a pivotal position within our organization where you will play a significant role in driving overall growth strategy. As a Senior Director, you will be directly accountable to the AVP Solutions and responsible for securing new clients by selling services provided by Omega.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling Omega's services to acquire new clients
  • Built long-lasting relationships with senior management and decision-makers
  • Achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
  • Developing customized solutions for potential customers
  • Leading large deals independently and guiding team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in the US Healthcare Industry
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings; possess strong negotiation skills
  • Able to lead discussions with U.S-based clients and across internal teams
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with limited supervision
Preferred Skills:
  • Middle to advanced level skill in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
  • Attention to detail, logical thinking
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • High sensitivity to confidential data and company information
