Roles & Responsibilities

GRC Team Lead / Manager:

  • Lead and manage the GRC team strategically and operationally.
  • Act as primary point of contact for central risk and compliance functions.
  • Define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management.

ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant:

  • Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture.
  • Oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams.

ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance).
  • Translate business requirements into workflows.
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR).

GRC / Risk & Compliance Analyst:

  • Maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation.
  • Support audits, evidence collection, and control testing.
  • Generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps).
  • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
